This unique property comprises:

- The main building

The former 18th-century farmhouse, extended with a more recent wing, has three floors over which the guest accommodations are naturally distributed as follows.

The ground floor houses three spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom with toilet and a private entrance from the garden, two of which are suitable for 2 persons, and the remaining one for 3 persons;

The first and second floors each house a very spacious rental apartment suitable for 4 persons; the apartment on the first floor has its own roof terrace;

— The more recent extension and outbuildings

The more recent extension on the first floor contains a very comfortable apartment with 4 bedrooms, bathroom and living room-kitchen. Next to the farmhouse there is a very spacious contemporary garage for storage of agricultural equipment, an old livestock barn, an old bread oven and storage in the form of a (movable) sea container.

Since the 2022 season, a quirky and atmospheric tiny house has been part of the offer. A compact, fully self-contained accommodation, ideal for guests seeking peace and privacy within the intimate atmosphere of the estate. Suitable for a family of 4.

— Lotus Bell tent

A comfortable, adventurously furnished Lotus Bell tent accommodates a minimum of two persons and is set up as a fully-fledged bedroom. The tent remains – even in high summer – remarkably cool. Basic occupancy two persons.

— Camper pitch

One exclusive camper pitch equipped with water, electricity, a paved surface and a beautiful wooden terrace. The location enjoys a magical view and is exceptionally highly rated by guests.

— Swimming pool

A spacious, recently built 15x5 swimming pool with large terrace – in use since 1 July 2024 – forms the vibrant centrepiece of stays during the summer months. It was built according to the most current regional permit requirements and offers refreshment with views over the rolling fields.

— Garden, olive grove and agricultural land

The nearly one-hectare garden area is enlivened by two monumental, centuries-old oaks and a variety of fruit and nut trees. Adjacent lies an agricultural plot of approximately 6 hectares which the owners are continuously developing further: the olive grove already has sixty old olive trees, and in 2023 the area was expanded with lavender fields and numerous fruit trees. The whole offers ample possibilities for further agricultural or tourist development.
