The bar consists of a combination of French oak and "pierre apparant" which suits the original atmosphere. The bar is also the reception for the campsite.
There is a private License IV (full alcohol license) which you must have in France.
In the bar is a support kitchen with fryers, griddles, cooking, double boiler, plates and heated cabinet. It meets the requirements of the hygiene standards.
Along the river is also a terrace with 80 seats - so there is, in totality, a 160 seats capacity.
There is a covered BBQ area with a cooker, fryer and griddle. This is used for barbecues, but also for take away in the summer.
The location is entirely in the green of the surrounding trees and water.
The dwelling house is located on the river side and has a small garden for some privacy. It is a spacious home with new kitchen, large lounge, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet and a storage room. Inside the living room are specific things such as a glass staircase and beautiful woodwork and a small bar. The house is comfortable.
